so..., i propose we stop pretending to be the happy-go-lucky-power-united country that we pretend to be, because, we are not! (did you watch the news tonight, did you listen, good your doing your job. **pats you on the head**) so that being stated, lets start another civil war and lets the outcome of this be beneficial. i've taken a few mins to arragne how the states of the country should be sorted out. ive done a lot of traveling around the coutnry, i believe this could work!!! :D
